No one in restaurant that evening but waited for their slider dish for close to 20 minutes. Sliders were tasty admittedly but the patties were barely bigger than a toonie. So mostly just a bun. No relish on premises ever I was told. Owner chilly at best. Offered no senior discount though they promote it. Been three times now but the chilliness doesn't encourage me to go back however. Doubt I will.

Unfortunately, the food is the disappointing element here. There's a large menu to choose from, which can be great, but it might be worth cutting down the menu and focus on improving the taste of a smaller series of options.
The best part of our order was largely the fries. They were pretty good. The nachos were...unexpected - the combination of Doritos, sauce and cheese miss the mark on taste profile. I'd swap the cheese for something else, drop the sauce.
The grilled cheeses were...interesting. Bread was pretty good - I was told it's all sourdough, but regardless that was a good component. Again, I think the sauce choice on some of the sandwiches might be throwing things off here, but the meat on my sandwich wasn't helping the case either. Across the board, I'd recommend changing the cheese out for something stringier... that's often the best part of a good grilled cheese and this cheese seems to glob together more than string out.
Some changes might make this place a decent eatery.

This might just be the worst food within a 3 hour radius
First impressions is all positivity ! I had the Canada Day Special poutine and was impressed ! Great deal and mouthwatering cheese and gravy. The service was amazing and polite. I like the atmosphere, all together good vibes. Can not wait to go back to try other items on the menu !

Absolutely disgusting, the hamburgers were cardboard thin patties and they called it the Angus burger. Probably no name brand from giant tiger.
The onion rings and fries were Cavendish as we watched them bring the bag out of the freezer meanwhile they have 50lb bags of potatoes sitting in the restaurant.
Their house made ketchup is just Worcestershire sauce.
Also before we ordered the owner began telling the staff she couldn't cook.
So incredibly disappointed and inappropriate in front of my children. Will not be returning and word of mouth goes far.

I went in to order some food to take home after my son finished football practice and I asked first to use the bathroom and was told I couldn't. I was not discheveled or homeless looking and was asked to leave. I offered to buy a drink and didn't discuss my order because at that point I was no longer going to get any food after that initial response. Not only did they lose a loyal customer but also a healthy sale as I was looking for a meal for a family of 6. Just goes to show you, you never know who is walking in your door but word of mouth and customer service is paramount. We will no longer be loyal customers. At the restaurant I work at, they WILL NO LONGER come for take out or dine-in with their families any longer and we would order from them at least 3xper week!
