First impressions is all positivity ! I had the Canada Day Special poutine and was impressed ! Great deal and mouthwatering cheese and gravy. The service was amazing and polite. I like the atmosphere, all together good vibes. Can not wait to go back to try other items on the menu !
I ordered the pear and Camembert however received the Hawaiian, a surprise, but not a bad one! (I understand what happened as I had inquired about it and then ordered something else). The ingredients tasted fresh, it was hot and delicious, fair pricing, and not an unreasonable wait. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you Cheese Trap!

Unfortunately, the food is the disappointing element here. There's a large menu to choose from, which can be great, but it might be worth cutting down the menu and focus on improving the taste of a smaller series of options.
