We stopped in on our way to Ottawa from Toronto as we wanted to break up the drive and what a great discovery. I require gluten free and they had lots of options - including one of the best veggie burgers I’ve ever had. Would love to come back in the summer and check out their dog-friendly patio - they even have a menu for pups which is so cute.

My sisters and I came here for Christmas lunch this year and had a wonderful time. The service was great and food was delicious. The owner made us feel valued as he went from table to table chatting and having genuine conversations.

So disappointed- although my chicken was great … I had asked to have extra veggies instead of rice but it came with the rice. The water for my tea was lukewarm and made the tea terrible. We asked for hot and were given a little cup of supposedly boiled water 😤 to add to our pots. Apparently this is a common complaint so why not address it!
We had to wave ridiculously to get the attention of the waitress who sat across the room and ignored us playing on her iPad it seemed. My companions were guaranteed beef you could cut with your fork but even their knives had trouble.
Three tables all were seated along the same wall making the noise level loud. The entire restaurant was empty so why not spread us out in the huge room do we could enjoy conversation.

Favourite restaurant in Campbellford. If you are in town for any reason at all, you must go here! The food is amazing, the service is fantastic. The owners are wonderful people who lots for the community. And they have an animal friendly patio!

Some of my family members had a birthday supper there Sunday October 27th 2024. The chef came to our table and gave us an overview of the specials and the plates on the menu. He had a great sense of humor. He explained each dish with details and how long it would take to make. Everything was made fresh and was worth any wait. The prices were incredible. You couldn't get a much inferior meal in a fast food franchise at these prices. The restaurant is beautiful. I never take pictures of food but I do wish I had of taken pictures for this review. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.
Vegetarian options: Since the meals are made fresh that would give opportunity to accommodate some meals for vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: The menu is letter coded.
Parking: The parking lot is right beside the restaurant. We came in 3 cars and had no.problem getting space in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: It is a very interesting place . The employees are very patient and kind.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lovely electric lift that fit a wheelchair or a standing person. This was a pleasant surprise. This make this restaurant assessable for some of my family members.
The Chef visited our table before and after dinner (as he did everyone), nice touch!
