Today, I went through the drive-thru at Tim Hortons, and when I arrived at my destination, I realized there was a mistake with my order. Since bacon is a big “no” for a Muslim, I decided to go back.
When I returned, I was greeted by Jackie, the baker—a truly wonderful lady. She welcomed me warmly, listened carefully as I explained the situation, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff was understanding, respectful, and incredibly polite.
They turned what could have been an uncomfortable moment into a really positive experience. I was so impressed that I just had to share this.

Ordered 2 bagles with cream cheese cream cheese was so thin looked like butter brought back in store girl making it says they didn't ask 4 extra cream cheese omg there wasn't any in first place at 1.50 for cream cheese I order bagles almost every day never been like that miserable worker

Handicap door broken for months cash register has no display for your order no cradles for scanners for points card scanners are turned inwards from customers making it difficult to scan points cards washroom stalls doors forced opposite way so it would not lock missing coat hangers in stalls toilet seats loose and sliding off to side no selection of soup only tomato parm one week or potato bacon the next week I ended up leaving for the first time in my life because everything I asked for was unavailable went to rotten Ronnie's down the street. Certain drive thru workers cannot hear you and order has to be repeated several times mostly morning g shift

I don't know who is in the kitchen at Campbellford store but the donuts are so heavily glazed that it's disgusting. This has been happening for at least 2 months now. Got some donuts yesterday and couldn't even eat them they were so thickly coated with sugar. It's suppose to be a glaze not smothered. I live locally and will miss getting my treats from Timmy's, because I will not waste anymore money there.

Absolutely the worst one I've visited ever! Staff are Absolutely miserable and only care to serve locals! Visited 2x in 2 days and the experience was shocking to Say the least! RUDE AND MISERABLE! They all stand around talking to one another and leave you standing and waiting and when you say something they call YOU rude!! Get some proper management I suggest. Don't recommend this place whatsoever. If I could rate lower it would be - 10!
