I’m sharing this to help other couples know what to expect. I reached out to Patrick after seeing this venue advertised for weddings and initially got pricing info quickly. We scheduled a call for 2:30 PM today (which we booked the day before), arranged around his availability, but the call never happened and no notice was given in advance to reschedule. I followed up shortly after via email asking if the call was still happening, and almost an hour later I received a response with no apology or accountability, just asking if I was still interested in someone else giving me a call as Patrick was not onsite.
Honestly, if this is how they handle a first interaction, I don’t want to imagine what it would be like to work with them for such an important and expensive event. I decided to pursue other venues and wanted to share my experience so others can be aware.
Update: After posting this review, I received further clarification about the missed call. While I appreciate the follow-up, the review reflects my overall experience and the lack of communication throughout the process.

Loved my experience today at lunch. Overall really good experience. Shared the charcuterie and each enjoyed a salad. Ended with dessert of smashed lemon tart and Italian donuts and a cappuccino. I wished the Caesar salad had more garlic. I will return!

I am not a fan of pasta however I asked for chiefs recommendations on pasta. Very fresh and full of rich flavor. I do not drink alcohol and mentioned I enjoyed coffee. Both the latte and espresso were incredible, along with the lights and volume of music were very comfortable. I would say more then reasonably priced. Definitely worth it.
We had the chef’s tasting menu at Risposta Bistro, and it was truly spectacular from start to finish. Every course felt thoughtful, creative, and delicious, with a clear emphasis on local ingredients and everything made from scratch.
Beyond the food, the service was excellent: warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive.
An unforgettable dining experience, Risposta Bistro absolutely delivers on quality, creativity, and hospitality. We’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time and can’t wait to return.

We had the most amazing experience with Frank as our server. The beef tenderloin and ravioli was spectacular, and the creamy garlic and mushroom chicken pasta was our favourite. Great service, will definitely be back. If you live in Oakville, Milton or surrounding areas this is definitely worth checking out and not that far a drive.

We hosted a family event here about a week ago in the upstairs private room, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.
I worked with Dmitry for several weeks leading up to the big day. He was incredibly helpful and patient, walking us through all the available options, costs, and meal selections. He even gave us a full tour of the space beforehand so we knew exactly what to expect. His communication made the entire planning process stress-free.
On the day of the event, the service staff truly went above and beyond. Frank and Naomi were attentive, professional, and worked so hard to ensure every guest was taken care of. A huge shoutout to the bartender as well (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name!)—he was fantastic!
The private room upstairs provided the perfect setting for our family. The combination of the great food and the stellar team made our celebration feel incredibly special.
If you are looking for a venue that offers great service and cares about the details, I would highly recommend booking here. We will definitely be back!
