Untrained staff I asked for ice capp and they gave me ice coffee. I even refused to give the bill to me so that i cannot mention the order id. Even the staff don't know how to print order copy. Happened on 07/06/25 at 5.45pm.

This Tim's is inside the Woodbine casino building. The shop description does not mention this, as do none of the reviews. Also, their prices are a little higher than the usual Tim Hortons prices - I'm not sure why. Maybe because they're owned and operated by the casino or are inside the casino. Just FYI.

Does not open til 2pm or 5pm depending on day and there is no drive through, this is incorrect information.
They are not open until 5pm. Went there as google timings and it was closed.
