My family and I always treat ourselves to their delicious bakery buns and desserts! They are a lovely family who have kind hearts. They enjoy being involved and serving the community.

I went in very hungry hoping to find something for lunch. I don’t eat dairy or meat so I wasn’t very optimistic that they would have any options for me. The lady at the cash was so nice and helpful and made me a custom veggie sandwich which I really appreciated. She was so kind and helpful the entire time. In the end she wouldn’t even let me pay for the sandwich! The service was incredible and I will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Carp Bakery is a great family business and a staple of Carp Village. They have great rolls and pastries and do catering for many local groups. They never disappoint!

Celebrating the fact that this bakery is excellent! So far I've sampled chocolate croissants, kaiser rolls white and brown, Fruit buns, white dinner rolls, and apple fritters. All excellent - fresh, tasty, can taste the difference when bread is made in small batches - because I live quite far away I stock up if I can (they sell out quickly on kaisers and fruit buns) I have discovered that their produce freezes beautifully - the fresh quality is not lost freezing their produce. RECOMMEND HIGHLY but please leave some behind for me....

These hardworking pleasant ladies bake delicious breads & muffins & cookies & tarts & sausage rolls, they have fresh sandwiches, and coffee etc, etc for you and their is a quaint sitting area too.
For a Saturday and being from out of town, this was a large disappointment. There was basically 20 loaves of bread between a few different kinds, handful of rolls, 4 packages of squares, some butter tarts ... and about 12 things in the display case. Incredible let down stopping here at all versus just carrying on to somewhere else. Which we did but besides the point. The service was ... a bit odd. The place itself (tables and whatnot) are something from the 40s and not very visually appealing when you go in. Based on reviews I had way bigger expectations. Not even close to a place I would recommend or quality comparable to many other bakeries I've explored in various small towns. I wouldn't ever return.

We dropped in to purchase some dinner rolls. Unbelievable is the best word to describe them. Utterly perfect. 10/10

We ordered a couple of sandwiches and they were pretty good. The service felt awkward. When I entered there was no one around, then when they did show up there wasn't a greeting or any kind of normal customer service. If it wasn't for the quality of the baking I probably would have left before they knew I was there.

Sandwiches are great. Local and fresh!
Small town bakery's are the best. Always fresh and they have the best sandwiches. I've been coming to the bakery since 2007 and they're a staple in the Carp community
