Beautiful campy British decor, great service. I had the Mac and Cheez which was excellent with thick bacon and tonnes of cheez. We were on the patio which was nice, just noisy, being so close to the road with rush hour traffic. Still, I'm very happy to have eaten there and will again.

Great place other than the misquote coils they use for the bugs. Find another way of making your patio bug free breathing in the fumes ruins the good food and drinks.

Great service, food and atmosphere. They don't take reservations on Fridays and Saturdays so be prepared to wait if you go at peak times...it always seems to be busy. Worth the wait!
Excellent fish and chips, awesome ambience, of all the pubs I've visited this is the one I want to be trapped in during a snowstorm. My grandmother insists it was the best inland fish and chips she's ever tasted. Beautiful patio though we did sit inside

What a gem! I had unexpected work done on my car during a family trip. This pub was in walking distance so I figured I'd hang out there with my family. We're so glad we did!
Any place this busy on a Monday lunch means they're doing something right. It has a charming atmosphere, great ambiance, service that clearly enjoyed working there, and the food was amazing value.
It made a day of bad luck really turn around for us. We had a wonderful experience. I wish I lived closer because I'd become a regular for sure!

Stood at the door for 15 minutes nobody even acknowledged the 10 people at the door or me and my buddy. We left. I understand and appreciate how busy this place is but that’s not an excuse to ignore your potential clients.
