Highly recommend this lovely new restaurant in Carp! I drove there from Barrhaven and absolutely worth the 25 min drive! I grew up on the east coast and will say that they are serving truly authentically delicious donairs! Super friendly staff!!

Fantastic little joint in a spot that badly needs one, so close to so many work sites and a quick drive if you live in the village or in Stittsville. We ordered the smash burger and two (very large) club sandwiches for around $28, all were fantastic. Outdoor seating if you need a place to eat, nothing glamorous but clean and enjoyable. Incredibly kind staff who are personable and know the value of good service. 10/10 would recommend for a quick takeout bite or UberEats.
Kid-friendliness: Pizza options and simple meals (fries, burgers, sandwiches) that are all customizable. They said they are still finalizing menu and can make most common items upon request which is fantastic
Parking: 3 designated spots for restaurant customers but plenty other spots for a quick park very close by

My cousin told me about the continental today, had to go over and try something from the menu. I ordered the fish cakes, chicken noodle soup, and a donair. The fish cakes were excellent nicely grilled flavourful, the chicken noodle soup was also flavourful, very nice, the Cole slaw is very creamy great taste, and the donair reminded me of nova Scotia, well seasoned meat, love the sweet sauce tomatoes and onions. I really want to try the French fries with gravey and dressing (turkey bread dressing with Savory) just like they do in Newfoundland. Very good experience, service was fantastic. Will be back.

My friend and I enjoyed lovely sandwiches at the Continental yesterday. Our server was so friendly, cheerful, and attentive. And I couldn't resist taking home one of their dessert squares for later. It was delicious!! Thank you for being so welcoming and cozy.

It's a cute little spot so cozy in the west end! Not too far from Tanger outlet. Parking not an issue nearby on the side of the cafe. The interior is very cozy with plants and fuzzy cushions! Service was really kind and welcoming. They have a variety of baked goods and some pre made sandwiches. I chose an in house grilled cheese sandwich it was rich and had a sweet taste which apparently was peach chutney! I ordered a latte it's not the best coffee I had but If you are in for a cozy time with a friend over coffee or a hot drink that's a cute little spot
