Great little stop for some grub.
The owner is an old soul and very friendly. The fries he uses are absolutely the best and he's quick. Some of the best poutine in Ottawa, right here!

BEWARE! Owner is nasty and has a bad temper. Older man. My experience was terrible, I asked for ketchup with my poutine just before he bagged it, ( thinking he would hand me one or two ketchup packets), however the owner got angry and started yeling at me. He told me that I should have asked him while I was paying. Owner proceeded to squeeze ketchup from a bottle all over my poutine excessively( much more than I would have chose). He then threw the container in a small paper bag, with sauce dripping everywhere, without a fork, and told me to leave. WARNING: Please BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere.

One of the better chip/food trucks I’ve been too. The gentleman serving is beyond polite and makes amazing food. I personally recommend the bacon cheeseburger platter. Not to mention how fast I got it when it was crazy busy! A definite must try!!

Tried the 1 piece fish and chips combo, absolutely incredible! The fries were crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside! I'm not in this area often, but will definitely be back!

The bad reviews, are from frantic stressed out persons whom feel offended by just about anything, the Karen's both male and female should just do business elsewhere, he has a system in place , and the ordering process is simple , put your order in, he asks what you would like on it , etc, food is really good , an to the guy with the personal attack claiming he picks his nose , lol 😆 and there was a mouse running across the counter, well your imagination is intune with your angry outlook in daily life.
Got the “ketchup experience”. Lacking in customer service. Ordered fries and gravy. When we went up to get it, we asked for ketchup and were told “you didn’t order it with ketchup” and tossed 3 packets. Asking for ketchup with fries is not an unreasonable request lol.

Was very rude of you tell laugh at my wifewhen she was trying to order for being bald as she's recovering from cancer.
Horrible Service with overpriced McCain's fries being passed off as fresh cut chip truck fries.
No salt, no ketchup, no vinegar provided to my wife upon polite request.
We witnessed him yell at other customers too when they were placing their order and asking for condiments to be added to their burgers and poutines.
