Great Mexican experience. The food is authentic and very high quality. If you order 4 tacos, you may be hard pressed to finish it all in one sitting. Very nice people and they have a location on Highway 2 in Shannonville across from Fast Freddy’s Gas and Car Wash; they had our food ready in 7-8 min and it was the best Mexican food I have had in Canada.(Born and raised in Belleville). Make this a stop or even make the trip just for the tacos or nachos. They had a couple of horses tied up out front in Shannonville and really impressed the young lad and wife. Great job and well put together.

The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and tasted very authentic, just like true Mexican home cooking. The service was outstanding; the staff were so friendly,also loved how clean and welcoming the place was—it gave a really comfortable and inviting vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again.

We have been going to El Torito since they first opened and were just down the road from us and we have loved every single thing we have eaten there. Now they are half an hour away but honestly, I would drive to the ends of the earth to get my fix. I can’t stop thinking about this place!
Everything is always so fresh and full of flavor. The nachos stole the show for me—piled high, perfectly crispy, loaded with toppings, and absolutely addictive. Hands down the best I’ve had anywhere. Can’t wait to come back and work my way through more of the menu!
