Great find in Casselman with really good food, and excellent atmosphere. Clearly designed by a professional and it really shows. Only suggestion is to have better signage from the street, and the web, so people know it exists :-) Best of luck! Great attention to detail from the menus to the cool string lights (inside mini kegs!).

We had our wedding reception at 1844 this year and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and did everything possible to help the evening run smoothly from helping to set up and take down. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Would definitely recommend for an afternoon/evening out or event venue!

Very good food, decent price but overall it comes down to customer service being somewhat poor.They do not respond to emails or Facebook messengers for inquiries even though it’s displayed to reach out for any inquiries. They also had events , that were cancelled last minute without explanation. I know that sometimes the venues cancel, they can’t control that, but communicating to the customer is within their control and very important to some. We had to investigate through the eventbrite app to find out. I like to encourage local, but customer service is a raw spot for me.

We had the best experience! The servers were just amazing! They went above and beyond, showed us pictures and gave their honest opinions about the menu. The service was fast even though there was many customers in. The food was amazing, full of flavor and big portions. Definitely going back again!

Food was horrible and didn't taste fresh. I was also told by staff that the kitchen gets backed sometimes because they also make the food for the restaurant next door (which serves another menu with more sports bar food). That concept makes 0 sense and explains why they have been so inconsistent.

Most of the time disappointed with the food unless it’s fried. Worst burger, McDonald is better and I never go there. They never own there mistake. You can see they don’t care about unhappy clients and seems there just in a hurry to sell the place. Very disappointed in the management, good beer tho!!!

We were a party of 20. We got excellent friendly service and the food was delicious. Good selection of boards to choose from and all at a good price. The local craft beer was terrific. I personally would recommend this Brewery/Restaurant.
