It is Thanksgiving weekend. The young people working there seemed exhausted. It wasn’t that busy, nor was it very clean or well stocked. I usually enjoy a&w on the road but this was endured, not enjoyed. Sticky tables, no ketchup in the pump. We ate there but everything came in to-go form. No cold mug, no trays. My family will go to Harvey’s next time.

i came here last monday, and all i can say is the customer service is exquisite! the food... mediocre and the the flies were definitely disgusting. the customer service definitely makes up for the poor quality of the restaurant.

Whoever was working today around 7 was the rudest kid. He and his group of friends were giggling and yelling at each other throughout my order and when they handed me my food they had thrown in a punch of papers and hash brown wrappers, a bunch of sauce containers yet not a single napkin. It was completely inappropriate and I won’t be going here again.

Just stopped by here on a road trip and we had a great experience. The cashier was attentive and very friendly! The place could maybe stand to be a bit cleaner but not bad for a fast food place. I also really appreciated the hand washing station near where you get napkins and ketchup. Overall good experience

I come here most mornings after my nightshifts as it the only spot in town that serves more than breakfast items in the morning. The morning staff is very well coordinated, they are kind, they are accommodating and the food is ALWAYS great in the mornings!! Great staff, great people, great food :)
We stop here on our way to or from Ottawa when we need to charge our car in their neighbors driveway. Good food, clean bathrooms, friendly staff.
I like that A&W will give me a burger early in the morning.
