Owner is absolutely terrible. Takes all the benefits of being a "franchise". But Refuses to honour Any Promotions or deals that burger king advertises! Ordered online for pick up.. was charged $13.17 ... When arriving to pick up my food I was given 2 options... Pay another $9.99 for my already purchased food... Or get my credit card refunded, and go sometime else... The App only shows you offers at "participating restaurants". The servers said this has been going on for quite some time...so most likely the owner says he's "not participating" even though burger king says he is... 🤷

Went for dinner with my 3 kids, 3 of us ate Burger King while one ate KFC, for our meals, everything was really good, great service, the lady was super nice, fast and delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals.
Kid-friendliness: I asked about the king crowns and she told me that my 3 kids could have it one, even me haha kids were happy and wore them for supper. Its the little things 🙂

What a mess, AC broke, messy tables, Burger King employees totally ignored us until someone else told us they were closed, at 2pm Pizza Hut employee was helping people
Luckily we were able to head to a nearby Harvey's with AC and active employees. Last stop here ever

Although I ordered a turnover, it wasn't in the bag.

Best service I've had in a long time. Girls were so friendly and helpful. Best fresh food I've had at a Burger King in forever. Tables were nice sparkly and clean. 10 out of 10 recommend this location.

Every table is dirty and I asked the manager for cleaner so I could wash a table. I was informed that they don't clean tables nor can I.

Went to this place for the first time, and entering the food court, I was already surprised by the high prices. Burgers are basically $10+. After ordering my chicken burger, I waited minute after minute. 10 minutes later, I found out that they… lost my receipt?! It took another 10 minutes (or more) for my order to be finally served. Not impressed at all by the service or the prices here. This place seems like an unorganized, obscure restaurant. Frankly, there are better places to have dinner.

Wow! I wish we would have taken pictures of the food tonight before we devoured it. It was the first time I've ever seen my food look like the advertisements. Great job to the kitchen staff for their attention to detail and making the best tasting fast food our family has had in quite some years. I also appreciated the service from the kind young lady at the cash, who patiently waited with a smile as I took forever to decide what I wanted to order. 10/10
Walked in on Monday evening at 7:57pm to see that the they had turned off their lights! Not a single staff member in sight except for the KFC next door and starbucks across from them. We went to go grab a bite seeing how it was falsely advertised that the chain closes at 9pm.. me and my fiancé were confused… as we were about to leave starbucks we see the burger king employees run out to their car at 8:12pm and drive off.. lol. (We were on a road trip and pulled over to have burger king at this location but I guess the owners just let their employees do whatever.. we ended up going to another burger king after)
