OK so when I go to drive thru, just because it's fast doesn't mean I expect my food to be rotten. Went at 530pm today. My lettuce was brown.. not rusted brown rotten. If there were issues with the lettuce why not hold the lettuce purposely. I have a few more words that id like to say but unfortunately I can't on here. Hopefully I can add a picture. The pic is on trip advisor.

My lettuce on the chicken burger was rotten. Brown goop. Not rust like it was actually decomposing. You dont thing the little girl at the dt window could have chosen to not put rotten lettuce on it. I have a few choice words but unfortunately I can't add that here. Never again.

Ordered BK mealts and kids combos. BK mealts came with fake meat for some reason, at first we thought we going crazy but then we tried kids and no we are absolutely tastingvegetariane burger. Upset with food .

Witnessed an employee brushing his teeth while walking around the food prep area including right at the grills and then spitting in the hand washing sink. Very unsanitary

The manager working on June 1 2025 was the most unprofessional woman I have come across. Our fries were not cooked all the way through and we had ordered them well done to begin with. When we asked for them to be refunded or remade she THREW them from across the kitchen into the garbage can and yelled at as. She did not want to provide a refund and made a scene with a full line if customers. She yelled from the back of the kitchen after dealing with us. A manager should be able to provide an example to their staff and be able to deal with escalations without physically throwing food or screaming at the top of her lungs.
Some of the fries were still frozen when i bit into them and she wasn't understanding the well-done order we had made - this would have ensured they would have been fully cooked if made to order like we specified. The chicken burgers were wet, and had clearly been sitting there for too long. I've had these sandwiches in many other locations and they didn't bend like a noodle. Truly disgusting food.

Please review her behavior there were children around and it was completely unacceptable.

As a first time trying burger king, even if the food was good but the service omg🤦🏻‍♀️, so sad to be in that situation . We didn’t like how the employee talked with us even if her colleague accepted to take care of our order, she was so freaking rude even thou her manager was over there. We all know how stressful is to work in industry of food but as an employee we KNOW that we should be respectful, calm and always smile as long as the customer ain’t disrespecting you
Overall best of luck dealing with such moods

If you post a 5 dollar whopper and have the dates that include today, legally you need to honour that price. The kind girl at the counter says she can’t. So bad management and the fact they can’t control their digital screen.

Owner is absolutely terrible. Takes all the benefits of being a "franchise". But Refuses to honour Any Promotions or deals that burger king advertises! Ordered online for pick up.. was charged $13.17 ... When arriving to pick up my food I was given 2 options... Pay another $9.99 for my already purchased food... Or get my credit card refunded, and go sometime else... The App only shows you offers at "participating restaurants". The servers said this has been going on for quite some time...so most likely the owner says he's "not participating" even though burger king says he is... 🤷

Went for dinner with my 3 kids, 3 of us ate Burger King while one ate KFC, for our meals, everything was really good, great service, the lady was super nice, fast and delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals.

Kid-friendliness: I asked about the king crowns and she told me that my 3 kids could have it one, even me haha kids were happy and wore them for supper. Its the little things 🙂

What a mess, AC broke, messy tables, Burger King employees totally ignored us until someone else told us they were closed, at 2pm
Pizza Hut employee was helping people

Luckily we were able to head to a nearby Harvey's with AC and active employees. Last stop here ever
