Walked in on Monday evening at 7:57pm to see that the they had turned off their lights! Not a single staff member in sight except for the KFC next door and starbucks across from them. We went to go grab a bite seeing how it was falsely advertised that the chain closes at 9pm.. me and my fiancé were confused… as we were about to leave starbucks we see the burger king employees run out to their car at 8:12pm and drive off.. lol. (We were on a road trip and pulled over to have burger king at this location but I guess the owners just let their employees do whatever.. we ended up going to another burger king after)

I haven't even touched my food and I'm leaving this review. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews even when service or food is awful because I do not like to hurt businesses but this falls directly on management and ownership. Not the staff.I place a mobile order and waited for 25 minutes without any sign of my food being started. The mobile order was missed. Okay fine, accidents happen. It was fixed quickly and the staff were fine. Minimum wage minimum effort. I do not blame them.My gripe with the situation is that there were two people working. It is lunch time on boxing day in a burger king that has 6 people in line and a busy drive through. My assumption is that ownership didn't want to pay any extra to have normal staff on. Instead of saving a couple bucks properly staff your business. Won't be coming back to hassle your staff or line your greedy pockets.Food is as expected. Can't wait to enjoy it somewhere else next time.

Been a few times and order is never correct what I get from what I ordered or they charge me extra for items they don’t even sell. I have to always show my receipt which is also barely read-able because of their printing machine and get refund. I basically have to double check order always since it’s always wrong. They also don’t sell a bunch of stuff on the menu, I understand sometimes smaller locations don’t carry everything but then don’t advertise. Often employee ignore you as well when you try and order or act rude while you are ordering like they don’t want you there

What can I say really!It was a stop along hwy that had a KFC Burger King and could other fast food places.I was a bit disappointed as the whopper I got wasn't like the ones I use to buy but it is what it is things have changed.Service was kinda disorganized waiting for order. But like I said was a very busy spot but there was lots of tables and places to sit.So if your hungry in a hurry and want a one stop with choices this is a good spot.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. That's what burger king in casselman deserves. Food always cold always served with attitude. Treats employees with no respect.The owner ( will not name) needs I reality check on how too run a very good franchise. He's ruining a good place. Head office you should do something

I was the last drive thru customer of the evening. Not knowing the restaurant closed at 9 pm. I ordered a big king meal. It includes fries and drink with a choice of ,2 sandwiches. I went down the road ; ate fries, and cheeseburger then searched the bag for the chicken jr. ! Did not get it! . I was 10 mins down the road. I called twice no answer. I went back and there was a guy putting out the garbage and he did it fast to leave for home. Today I called to no avail. Now I'm out of a sandwich . I can't recommend this place at all!
