The food was soogy and the person at the counter told us that the chicken should be like that. Called her manager, he came to rectify the problem but instead he gave the money back. Left the place hungry
food tastes like overnight reheat. pop is litterally water. and missing meal items as usual.

This KFC has always had terrible drive-thru service. No different today. Five-minute wait at the speaker despite no line and just one car at the window, which was still at the window when I gave up and left.
