Wouldn’t recommend this place, first time we had it I got a club sandwich and poutine, it was great, every time after that it’s been horrible, tonight we got the “appe-teaser” both the boneless bites and the chicken fingers were VERY burnt and nearly inedible, pop curds were stale and pizza bread was stale.

we were visiting family nearby wanted to try non familiar to us chain pizza.
this did not fail the crew was pleasant and accommodating. we had a lg 3 topping bacon.banana peppers bacon. delicious!! sauce on point. cheese mwaa. crust perfecto. the poutine was also very good satisfied my craving! Thank you all! we recommend if you haven't tried them.oh I forgot don't forget their garlic sauce O.M.G!! to die for!

I've eaten countless times from Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, Gabriel Pizza, etc but this place is hands down the best. You have to get the perfect combo. I didn't think I would enjoy wings and popcurds from a pizza place so much. Highly Recommend.

5 Stars Perfect Mother’s Day Experience! I don’t usually write reviews, but this Pizza joint truly went above and beyond this Mother’s Day. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The delivery was impressively fast—even on such a busy day—which made the whole celebration smooth and stress-free.
The food? Absolutely delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, and the crust was that perfect balance of crispy and chewy. We also ordered wings and pasta, and everything tasted like it came straight from a high-end Italian kitchen. You can tell they put care into every dish.
What really stood out was the service. The staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone, making sure our order was just right. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our Mother’s Day special.

If you plan to order pizza from there and get it on time, you should order at 10:00 am for a 6:00 pm delivery. I ordered at 5:00 pm and was told one hr it would be on my doorstep. 6:45 pm I was still waiting. I called and cancelled the order. Since Covid the “ CUSTOMER “ means nothing anymore. I will never ever order from there again.

Very disappointed with Milano Pizza — this isn’t the first time, but definitely the last. I ordered the shawarma, and it was absolutely drenched in sauce to the point where it wasn’t even recognizable as shawarma. The rice and chicken were both terrible — bland, mushy, and with massive chunks of chicken just tossed in carelessly. For a second time, the quality was just as bad. Clearly no care put into the food. Would not recommend.

I’ve tried everything on the menu and i have never been disappointed. The food and the service are equally amazing. If you’re looking to get a delivery. The delivery drivers are extremely sweet. I have never tasted pizza the way milanos make it. I would recommend it to everyone here in casselman to at least try it!
