I went through drive-thru in Casselman tonight April 10 at 8 pm, I got home and open my order, just to find that there were condiments and dressings missing from my order. I called the store to make them aware of what happened, I told them I lived too far to come back. The owners son was the one that took my phone call, and also the one who severed my husband at the takeout window. There was no SORRY……just the reply what do you want me to do, with a very condescending rude tone. I then spoke up and said there’s nothing I wanted , that I was just making them aware my order wasn’t quite right and a simple…..SORRY…..would have been nice from the start and not the response I got. This place needs a refresher course on customer service.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Total joke. I got the half a chicken. White meat was completely dry, sauce was cold and the buns had to be redone. this is a very low quality establishment. Not only that behind the cash there's two microwaves and they reheat everyone's meals in microwaves. I can't believe anyone would pay for this. This is my first and will be my last time here. I'm surprised this place is even in business with the way it operates.

Fantastic meal and customer service! We held a sport team event and had our dinner catered from St. Hubert. Everyone loved the meal - it was delicious, nutritious and a great price! The manager and staff were very attentive to our needs. Great choice for large groups!

Have no mastered online orders. I ordered online 30 minutes ahead… show up and there starting the order now. The purpose of ordering ahead is to walk in and grab (atleast that’s the way it is anywhere else I use online ordering) other than that food is good!

The St Hubert food is good. The chicken is excellent with very consistent quality. Their creamy coleslaw is great. But this is a fast food version of St Hubert, complete with plastic utensils and paper plates. OK got take out and quick bite but not much else.
Our group of 24 adults had arranged and reserved a portion of this restaurant for our "Volunteer Appreciation Dinner" this past Monday evening. Brian and his staff worked with us from the planning stage through our event to providing us with a terrific meal, exemplary service and a clean, comfortable location, helping to make our dinner a great success, which exceeded our expectations.
Thank you. We'll be back!

Parking: I didn’t count the number of spaces but there were plenty
Kid-friendliness: We had one of our guests with an infant and stroller, plenty of room.
Wheelchair accessibility: We had two guests that required wheelchair accessibility, everything was very accommodating.
