I have never been able to figure out what is not working at this place. Once again, despite many people behind the counter, service was desperately slow and they got part of my order wrong. Seemed like a manager (?) jumped in to help when there was no one on either cash, but it didn’t speed things up any. As an added bonus, my latte was magma-like even after a cold walk to the car.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered one small coffee and a venti cold brew with matcha foam, paying $10.85 for both. They only gave me one drink and insisted I hadn’t paid for the second, asking for proof of payment. After we found the receipt showing I had paid for both, I thought the issue was finally resolved. However, when I got my drink, it was the small size instead of the venti I had ordered. I had to remind them again that I’d requested a venti. Eventually, I received my drink, but after all the trouble, I never even got an apology.
