I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this restaurant. While I was placing my order, the staff were laughing, which felt very disrespectful and humiliating. This incident happened on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at around 7:25 p.m. I honestly wonder: is this how you normally treat your customers, or was this a form of discrimination? Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

If you want a coffee that you don't have to turn around and go back because of an error, get your order BEFORE the 5PM shift. I very RARELY ever have an issue with my order in the morning, lunch and early afternoon... After 5PM - or when the evening shift starts, it's a whole different story. At least 25% of the time I have to go back and have them redo the order, and as of a while back I just toss it in the trash. Maybe they should have some adults working that shift... seems to be the only difference I've noticed.

Was an off- highway stop, ordered bowl and a coffee. Staff said machine is heating up or something and it would take 5 mins. Bowl wasn’t as filled as it should’ve and they didn’t call for coffee until i got up and stood in front of them, furthermore the new girl was untrained how to make a mocha latte and no one bothered to guide her. This place has been our stop always but this visit wasn’t as pleasant as previous visits. Hope you improve.

Service-wise, everything is fine. I'd just like to make a friendly request that the Casselman Tim Hortons bring back the bilingual (English/French) menu boards. It is an insult to the majority of Casselman residents and your customers to take the French away. Come on, guys. I know for a fact that Tim Hortons offers the bilingual menu boards and it would be a matter of flicking a switch for you guys.
