I got a mixed sub from there last night and the tomato slices that were on there were the size a quarter all 4 of them. Very disappointed. The last time I was there I got a ham sub that had 5 paper thin slices of ham on it. Honestly could even taste the meat all lettuce. Considering what they cost this is unacceptable..

I come here often and it is a great subway! Portion sizes are generous. They accomodate specific requests AND are patient. If you are unfamiliar with subway you can get whatever you would like on your sandwich and fully customize it. Majority of the employees are friendly.

THIS GUY IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST. I walked in with my friend expecting to get maybe 7-10 pickles this employee gave me NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 3 HAND FULLS!! Insane work.
Normally, I have a good experience here. There's one sandwich artist that does wonders with a sandwich. Unfortunately, I'm giving them 3 stars because they were supposed to be open till 10pm tonight (May 20th, 2024) but, when my husband and I pulled up at 9:36pm, the doors were locked and he was finishing closing. Another man even tried to get a sub while we were sitting there baffled and confused. There aren't a lot of options in Cayuga so when your hours say you're open till 10pm, then your doors should be open and you should be taking orders until 10pm.GYST, please.
