I had a great experience at Tim Hortons on Talbot Street in Cayuga. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. My coffee was fresh and made perfectly, and the food was delicious and served quickly. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. What a joke. 9:50 pm and doors locked, ok go to drive thru ask about cheese swist nope, ok what kind of donuts, asked for 1 she got it wrong we repeated ourselves 3 times. The asked for a chai latte, they didn't have ok decaf tea, not to strong bag out 4 milk. Ask for a hot chocolate they don't have any. Ask do you have bagels she says yes I ask for an everything bagel toasted with butter. Get to the window we get a decaf coffee. Lucky we checked it before we left, told the server she gave us coffee. We said we asked for tea. She made a hug and the made the new drink but left the bag in ok we took it out. Then I tried my bagel that I don't think toasted for more then a couple seconds hardly any butter oh and a big glob of hair like the bagel had fallen on the floor. This was a bad bad bad experience.
