Not one star. One little tiny, microwaved, soggy, breaded chicken strip on my wrap. Had to have been frozen before microwaved because it was wet. Didn't have options of ceaser or ranch, only mayo, no cheese & absolutely tasteless. Bun was too big even on double buddy burger. Asked for ketchup, mustard & cheese, got mayo, pickles & lettuce. First a man talked on speaker, then a lady, then she couldn't understand me so th man started again, then the lady read the order back to me wrong, then the man said it correctly. When i got it, it didn't feel warm at all, drove back to my apartment 2 block's away to bite into not even luke warm food & i hate pickles on burgers. Sat at drive thru window about 7 minutes, seemed like 15. Never going back

ok guy's im getting tired of this yesterday they try short changing me a 1.20 today they forgot to put cheese on my burger i dont mean to be that guy but i want a word with the owner some employees needs a talking to

My daughter and I loved A&W a few years ago, but since they changed hands, the food is a zero. The bread was burned, the eggs were not even cooked and actually dripping all over our plate to the point water was pooling on the plate. We were disgusted with this gross looking breakfast and we will never return with this ownership!
