The drive thru workers are all so miserable. Incredibly rude customer service every time. The window is slammed shut in your face without a thank you or have a nice day before you even get a chance to look up.

Horrible owner . Making people work when there is a gas leak. At first I won't lie I was upset about the poor signage got my one month old out of the car in the rain to pull on the door and it's locked with a tiny sign. Decide to ask someone in drive thru if they were short staff because we have all been there underable.. no they have a huge gas leak .. seen the repair guy show up QPS to fix the issue .. now my issue is not only inconvenience but mainly the staff have to work in those conditions. Talk about the family owned and operated business likes to make money not caring for there staff . One guys running food out with no coat on in the pooring rain .. this doesn't look poorly on the employees just the owners . Please try the other location if you have the option too . Don't support people who don't care for there staff.

I ordered two sandwiches today, and both arrived completely burnt — black, charred, and not edible at all. This was very disappointing.

For some reason my last 3 visits here to eat in were problematic. Today I ordered a small cheeseburger that was on sale for $2. I added a small onion rings and the total still came up as $6.19. I told her that's not right because the total should be less than $5. All I got was the deer in the headlights look. She had a problem typing things on the cash register and after 2 minutes I gave up and paid the $6.19 and also today's temperature outside was nearly 30° and the air conditioning was not working or turned on in the restaurant. I think the entire staff is just putting in time but not paying good attention to orders and their customers.

Just went to Burger King on st clair st. Ordered a whopper which was fine and ordered a roadhouse king burger meal. No bacon no onion rings on the burger and the fries were cold. The poppers were great. Very disappointed to order something pay for it and not get it.

I love my whoopers and the fries are fresh & crispy. Everything is fresh.
Very overpriced for what you get. Cheaper to make burgers at home and the quality is far better at home. I used to go to Burger King for a fast cheap meal alternative on the go but the price is now unreasonable and doesn't make sense to me anymore, I dont see any value so I stopped going there.
