I visited the store today and ordered burger and onion rings it is one of the best burger I had in chatham and it has very good customer service ane good
After bragging about it and taking my family there we were very disappointed. Our gyro meat was crunchy, maybe 4 tiny little tomato pieces on each and almost no tzatziki sauce. Very disappointing as this used to be my favourite place for a gyro.

Not the same as it used to be, more expensive and the food isn’t
I highly recommend Chatham Burgers. Burgers and fries are good, meat is flame grilled. It's reasonably priced and the 1lb burger is just massive! I like the old school atmosphere. If you want a good burger, big portions, at a reasonable price, forget the big chains. This is the place to go to in Chatham.

Ordered take out, 1 pound burger, poutine and a gyro combo. The fries were cold, the gyro meat was lukewarm at best and the gravy for the poutine tasted gross. Yes we arrived within the timeframe to receive the food hot (were told 20 minutes). Burger was alright and the gyro had lots of meat but not like they used to be that's for sure. The kicker, $50.

Same great food since 1986! Home of the pound burger. Their gravy is great, too bad they don't have real curds as their poutine would be best in Chatham.

Burger was maybe 70% of the size of the bun, which made the entire thing taste bland.. But the biggest problem is the service fees they charge - $5 for debit and $10 for credit card, regardless of amount spent. Explains the empty restaurant.

Went for the first time staff was nice. When you walk in it seems like you steped threw a time portal back to the 90s. The food on the other hand was not grate. My burger was so dry it was crunchy. My girlfriend ordered the club house the bread was over cooked there was like 2 or 3 slice of proses salad chicken on the club. For a club combo and burger combo with cheesey gravy frys (they call putine) was 40$ don't recommend
