We visited during a competition being held in Chatham.If you are looking for a home style burger and some amazing poutine, definitely hit up Craves. The food was delicious...a sentiment that was echoed by every person I heard leaving this gem. And they don't mess around with portions. Go hungry!The owner took our order, made good recommendations, then came outside to check on our emails (we sat at picnic tables out front).Overall, a fantastic experience. My only (very small) criticism is that I wish there was more seating.

I normally LOVE the food. Went on March 21,2024, ordered a tower burger and craves poutine. Burger was rather dry, fries were over cooked. Definitely not a normal for them, hopefully just a one off

Ordered dinner for the family and had a skip driver forget the burger in a combo, got a call after from someone at Craves apologizing and offering to add the free burger an side in the next order even after it was already refunded. no pictures cause it was all eaten too fast but 10/10 food and 10/10 service will always be coming back here
