Quick review cuz I'm eating me food before work, but omgomgom AMAZING service AMAZING food, literally my go to Chinese place. Love this place so much, and the amount of food you get is really great feeds me for 3 days, also I left it for like 30 mins while on the bus and getting home, and it was still hot!!!!!! Everything's amazing????

Fiancée ordered close to $100 worth of food for her, myself and her mother I got Pineapple Chicken and Chicken Balls, Fiancée got Sweet & Sour pork and Chicken Balls as well. They told my Fiancée over the phone that it was gonna take half and hour and that the Pineapple Chicken is just Chicken Balls with Sweet & Sour sauce with pineapple in it....Pretty sure that Pineapple Chicken isn't supposed to be Chicken Balls. So I basically got 2 orders of Chicken Balls with a tub of Sweet & Sour sauce with pineapple pieces in it...that's obviously NOT "Pineapple Chicken" and I KNOW what it is and what it looks like! But other than that the Chicken Balls were good but really disappointed with the "Pineapple Chicken". My Fiancée was disappointed with her Sweet & Sour pork as well and this was our first time eating and ordering from Fortune Express and I don't think we will be back because of our first time experience and the ridiculous prices as well.

Lovely, exceptionally clean, quaint restaurant. All staff were attentive and friendly. The food was fabulous. It came out steaming hot and fresh tasting. We will definitely be back.
Parking: Free parking, although meters are there in the lot. I went in and asked, and the gentleman said free parking.
This is perhaps the best Chinese food I have ever eaten!! Everything is homemade - from the plum sauce (which is delicious) to the chicken balls. The chicken fried rice is moist and flavourful, not dry like every other rice I've had. The lady who served us was sweet and friendly. She made sure my tea was always hot! My new favourite restaurant!!

They refuse paying customers to "dine in" although there are multiple tables available. They deny paying customers to use their washroom facilities although there is a written note on the main entrance saying "washrooms are for customer use only." Very rude and pushy service. In a hurry to take your money and rush you out the door. They deny paying customers to wait inside for their order, instead your made to wait in your car until they decide to bring you out your order
