Fantastic food. Great customer service. Ordered pizza, wings and chicken strip meal and everything was beyond fabulous. Owners are very friendly and customer service is above and beyond. I will not go anywhere else for my pizza

Have been a customer of Franko's for several years and loved it. Unfortunately, it has been sold and the quality has gone down hill quickly. We've gone a few times since under new ownership and each time it's been disappointing. Finally, myself and my whole family got sick from eating it the other day so sadly our days of Franko's are over. So sad as it was such a great spot in Blenheim

Always order from here. It is always so good. We know there are new owners. It has gone downhill. Pizza was burnt and no sauce or toppings. The skin on the wings was rubbery. Is a shame because it was always so good. edit to this post. we tried again. gave them the benefit of the dought. didn't even take the free one . we payed for the pizza. no taste at all. we had bacon, pepperoni. I dont think there was any bacon and the sauce has no flavor at all. certainly will not go back.

Was handed a free samosa when I picked up my pizza tonight. Nice added bonus and it tasted good. I would recommend this pizza establishment

All previous reviews are accurate! However, since the new owners took over, everything has changed. Ingredients are not the same, gravy is completely different and they've taken to pre cooking and reheating wings. Time for them to change their name, because they're definitely not Franko's any more!

New owners don't know how to make pizza, they put toppings under and hardly any sauce. Who wants to eat soggy toppings? Learn how to make a pizza, this pizza place was a great spot in our small town and you have ruined it.

Franko sold his business??! It's now owned by Indians. I went and got food after work from there. Fries are soggy, and so are battered mushrooms. Admittedly I got there a little late from what I said, but that shouldn't mean that my food is undercooked. The atmosphere has changed and it feels more corporate and less like what Frank built for 15+ years.
