Fans were really cool! Server was super quick, very nice, she was awesome.We've gotten take out many times, this was our first time dining in.Burger was amazing, fries were good, gravy had too much celery salt.The chicken club was good for the first bite, got really soggy, really quick because of the guacamole. It was very saturated (should not be that liquidy). Tasted good otherwise.
Vegetarian options: Not a lot to choose from vegetarian wise.
Kid-friendliness: Keeping in mind this is a bar, I'd still bring in older kids during the day (like 10 and up)
Parking: There's no lines, it's a gravel parking lot. Tons of space, unfortunately common sense is lost with some drivers. When we left someone had parked behind us (sidewalk and curb was in front of our vehicle so we had to wait for the driver to leave, they were there for pick up and we waited 10 to 15 minutes for them to move. Not the restaurants fault) watched another vehicle drive over the sidewalk and exit at the crosswalk because they were blocked in too.
Wheelchair accessibility: A bit of a gap in the doorway. Don't recommend with wheelchair or walker unless dining outside.
Dietary restrictions: Just let your server know and they're happy to let the kitchen staff know!

First off, The food I ordered had the potential to be great! it seemed to be prepared in a lacklustre manner!The Nachos were a let down! The cheese had not been melted & the beef looked weeks old! It was just a poor experience for such a simple dish!I also ordered The Chicken Sandwich,The chicken seemed to be 2-3 days old (I work with food a LOT) so I know.It was so dry, I had to take it out of the sandwhich and dip it in gravy just to get it down! The bacon was barley cooked, with fully raw parts...I'm just disappointed. The sevice was amazing by our server, I know she could tell we didn't enjoy our meals but she did great!The atmosphere was amazing as well!I'm mainly disappointed because we were the only people in the restruant at the time.The Chef had all the time in the world to make a great dish & has a great kitchen to do so!The Love & Care For Food is Missing.Date: July 13th 2:30ish

Second time at Friendz; second time with our server Rosalina; and second time ordering the Truffle Fries. DID NOT DISAPPOINT ✅ Oh man, the oogey gooey sauciness of the fries will keep me coming back. Rosalina was lovely; polite, patient and efficient. A little loud for my parents to have a conversation but we will try the patio next time. Thanks for a great time!

Enjoyed our late lunch at Frendz yesterday but was disappointed with the price of beer. I ordered a pint of Stella and I got a 400ml glass of Stella. Usually the serving size is 500 ml. I figured ... oh well it will cost less. Got the bill which states "1 Stella Pint .... $9.75" ! A US pint is 16 US FL Oz or 473 ml (typical tall boy can). A Canadian pint is 20 CAN FL Oz or 568 ml. Please change Stella glasses to the standard 500 ml (50 cl) or make it clear to your customers before hand. It may look like liquid gold, but it isn't.

I can't say it was 'bad' but I also can't say it was 'great'-Had to reconfirm my main dish because they didn't write it down-Gave me chicken dish instead of the shrimp I ordered-Put ice in my second drink after they asked, which I said no to-Completely forgot about my yes when they asked if I was ready for the billI'm not against it, but can't vouch for them. might have just been an off night though

My wife and I we in Chatham this week for a funeral and decided to go to Frendz for dinner last night with our grandson. The restaurant was right downdown and we loved what they had done with the old building. We walked in and the bartender indicated to find a table and the server would be right over. The server arrived quickly with crayons and a couple of coloring books for our grandson. She was very pleasant and asked if we were ready to order drinks or if she could bring us water to give us a few minutes which was nice. We looked at the menu as well as the specials. The menu had some great options for adults but was very limited for children (3 items). Our grandson loves nachos so when the server returned we asked if the kitchen would be able to make a child-sized portion of nachos. She wasn't sure but she was kind enough to ask the kitchen. In our opinion it was not a troublesome ask. Normally we would just order the full sized order and take home the leftovers but since we were in a hotel and traveling home the next morning it wasn't an option. When the server returned, we were shocked by the answer from the kitchen. It wasn't that we can't do it, or this is how much it will cost, the answer was... "Our children's menu does not have nachos!". No sh*t Sherlock, if it did we wouldn't have needed to ask. Nothing like trying your you best to accomodate a customer's simple request. It is too bad because the server was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. It is the type of place we would love to eat at every time we visit family in Chatham but this experience soured us to this restaurant and we will not return.

This place is full of energy, friendly and super busy. Lots of food selections. Pool table is free of charge. Highly recommended for tourism ranging 20-30.

We went to Frendz for St. Patrick’s Day. The young man behind the bar was fantastic and made the evening so fun. However, the owner was incredibly rude. So disappointing. I will not go back.
