I paid 6.00 for frozen yogart and got 1/4 bowl. The boy working the machine didnt seem to know what he was doing. When questioned about only getting 1/4 of a bowl, all the boy said was, "did you take a bite already!" This place is awful! Never again.

They mixed my order and must have had ice.cream of another awful tasting flavor on the scoop. I went in and the two girls working were rude and did not replace. People with things like nut allergies beware....they seem to not care.about cross.contamination. I had to throw it out and the two girls working just have attitude.

Stopped here for some ice cream on a beautifully sunny day with my son, his wife and my grandkids. Ice cream was Shaw ice cream and in my opinion it is one of the best ever. Service was fast and friendly. My favorite is Grandma's Cupboard. Highly recommend it. Come to Frostbites for some great icecream

Just popped in quickly for an ice cream, there was only us 5 in the store so service was super quick. They had many flavours, including “Cookie monster” (featured in photo) I had never seen before.
First time here. The prices are fantastic compared to most ice cream joints. I had the soft serve twist in waffle cone and it was great. A family member had the pistachio almond and definitely more of a fake taste than the usual pistachio ice cream you find-even the colour was a bright blue-green lol-thats Shaws error not Frostbites!We went on a Friday night and the line up was out the door and unfortunately there was only 1 young guy working all by himself. He handled it like a champ but he shouldn't have to work alone on busy nights. Hopefully he's getting paid more than minimum wage working a job for more than 1 person. Give the guy a raise-he deserves it!

For a small town ice cream shop, Frostbites manages to be a cut above what you'd expect. Aside from the multitude of expected ice cream flavours, they have various specialty concoctions and different kinds of drinkable frozen dairy treats that I haven't see anywhere else. They're worth checking out on a hot day in Blenheim.
