Poor customer service, drive throught makes no sence when you still have to wait for 20 min for your order and then you have to go inside to pick it up, and this has been like that since long time ago.

Needs a good cleaning, found hair on table. customer service is lacking. Sat in was really hot. Make sure you ask for utensils and condiments they do not give them unless you ask. Will charge 50 cents more for extra dipping sauce for chicken.
Will not return if rather eat chicken from home.

Absolute horrendous display of incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. Mobile orders should be made when they are received, not when the customer arrives. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. As i waited, i watched as every order sent out had the customer walk back in with mistakes made on their order. Ignored multiple people in line with no one in the front for 5-10 minutes straight. Rude and uncooperative with most of the guests that came through to order and back with complaints. Prioritized making and serving doordash/uber services over anyone else. Finally the food was still cold. I don't even understand that part.
Honestly the best part of this experience was the call to the customer service line. That guy was absolutely amazing and quite helpful.

Where do I begin. Ordered a boneless bucket and two sandwiches. Asked for extra sauce on the sandwiches didn't happen. The bucket of tenders was like 4 prices of chicken. Not a bucket in my book and fries where cold. Called to get them to remake it. After arguing with me about what I received the MOD offered to replace my fries. Like get out of here with that! Then they said they would have head office call me. That never happened. I call back again today and now they are pulling camera footage. Like for real? Just make my order right! After talking with the area manager they are willing to top up my order. Which means no sandwiches, but fries and half an order or chicken. Needless to say I won't be back. Buyer beware! If they get the order wrong they will make you jump through hoops and won't replace your meal! Popeyes is the better options.
