Little Caesar’s is suppose to have hot and ready pizzas I do not think they have ever had one readily available when I stop for lunch between 12-1. lunch hours for most.

There is no lack of urgency for their customers. It appeared like the young lady did not want to be there. When she finally came to the front counter to take my order she didn't take out her ear buds to take my order. There was no one in the store and it took at least 5 minutes for her to acknowledge me. Even if she was busy she could of easily said I'll be right with you. Just simple courtesy.

Went this evening and ordered 2 pizzas, was told it would take around 10 min. 9 min in, another customer came in who was not ready to wait for her pizza. So the person working there gave my pizza to the new customer and made me wait extra 7 min to give me my order. No basic sense how to deal with customers in different situations. Pathetic...
