It was 430 am, 3 of us in the drive THRU, I WAS 2ND. LONG wait to order, THEN, long wait to PAY. Then long wait to get food, and all she could say was, "2 hash browns and sausage mcnuffin " .. NO APPOLOGIES FOR ANY DELAYS! TO EXPLAIN THE ROUGH WAIT TIME, I LISTENED TO 7 FULL.SONGS PLUS A PARTIAL.

Slow, inattentive staff (for the most part) with often filthy tables and an unkempt fountain drink/condiment area. If you want to go inside to order in person from an actual, breathing human being, you’ll likely be standing at the register for a minute or three as staff members whisk by on various missions to fulfill drive-thru orders, because drive-thru metrics and efficiency are all that matters, don’t you know? Speaking of the drive-thru: No, I’m not going to pull ahead and park so someone can get their coffee 30 seconds quicker while you forget about me (again) and serve up some lukewarm fries. Do better.

The very least they can do... is give you what you order.
We come here every day for coffee and ONLY on the weekends with the younger staff do I find that they like to keep your change. It may only be .5, .10 cents but I'm pretty sure McDonald's has some sort of core value they train their staff with. And stealing change is something I would think they would frown upon. This is the 3rd time and the 2nd person at this location that has kept my change and then pretend to not even notice me while I'm sitting there waiting.
This needs to be addressed Management. They will start small but what else are they stealing that is going unnoticed!

Ordered food through the app went to park in curb side parking for pick up order just a big Mac combo. Waited like 20 minutes outside. Went inside food was just sitting on the counter in a bag. the guy said I don’t know I know why they didn’t being this out yet all my food was cold didn’t offer to replace anything.

Whoever was working October 22, 2024 around 2:30am was excellent. Every McDonalds I have went within the last 6 months ( specifically Blenheim) has had the worst fries I’ve ever had. These were amazing, like the one you had when you were a kid. I only get them now because they come as a meal anyways. I should have gotten a large. 10/10

The worst customer service! I have ordered pancake's and a drink. They miss your stuff, I went twice to get my drink and butter. When I paid their attention to it they are like ok! no apologies at all
