It was good Mcd Branch but now new staff and is doing lots mistakes in drive thrue orders and making wrong orders 3 in 5 times . 2 days ago ordered 2 kids meals for my kids and one of them had just bread in burger and they forgot to put beef petty in one burger.

Just tonight orders Happy meal for my daughter and when came back home and opened the box there was fries missing.

So we didn’t want to drive back there and show them this because it’s so frustrating and inconvenient when these mistakes happens frequently.

I know new kids working and can understand mistakes possible BUT THIS IS Failure of supervisor as well who unable to teach there new employees to avoid these things.

Now let’s talk about Old lady in early morning shift working # Literally saw she was in kitchen packing a sandwich in papers and she used SPIT TO PUT ON FIGER ( she touched finger to toung ) to make easier to take packing paper # omg how disgusting she was and that was not mine sandwich but someone drive thrue .
Since then early morning when those old ladies working in breakfast shift I stop to buy breakfast sandwiches from this location.

My comment is true and my personal experience for this location. They need lot work to match MacDonald food safety and quality standard .

Placed an online order for drive thru. Got to the window and guy starts saying a couple items in the bag that don't match what I had ordered, before I could even say I don't think it was what I ordered he just fired the bag to me, I immediately check it in the parking lot and find it was one of the other two cars orders that they gave me in error. No problem. I take it back in, they seemed irritated that I brought an order back that wasn't mine, perhaps at eachother, hard to know. I restate what I had ordered, they fired everything in the bag super quick and gave it back to me. I did a good look in my car, taking everything out of the bag and rechecking the receipt, all looked okay. I get home and what should have been a double big Mac turned out to only be a single. So not only do they make a mistake by giving the wrong order initially, but give very little regard to ensure my proper order is in the bag. Paying the extra money for a double and not getting it after the experience I had, given I was super understanding and felt maybe they were just stressed, was quite irritating. They didnt seem to give much of a care, and I'm pretty cheesed given it was nearly a 40$ order.

So I frequent this McDonald’s a lot. I often go there for lunch or even just an iced coffee throughout the day. My bf works midnights and every night we go through and get an iced coffee and coffee. Which is not ordered through my app. Tonight we waited 5 minutes at the speaker to not even be acknowledged. When I drove away there was no one even in drive thru. I seen the bald Manager through the window walking around as I left the drive thru. This manager will be the reason I will not come back to this McDonald’s ever. Get rid of incompetent staff or you will keep losing loyal customers. I will now be going to Tim Hortons for our nightly coffees and will find another place for lunch!!

They have free broucher s for take outs they were very courtesy very polite at the front desk there . Easy to understand English they were going by health regulations following the health rules .clean environment inside and outside the Mc Donald's restaurant down over there . That's All .

It was 430 am, 3 of us in the drive THRU, I WAS 2ND. LONG wait to order, THEN, long wait to PAY. Then long wait to get food, and all she could say was, "2 hash browns and sausage mcnuffin " .. NO APPOLOGIES FOR ANY DELAYS! TO EXPLAIN THE ROUGH WAIT TIME, I LISTENED TO 7 FULL.SONGS PLUS A PARTIAL.

Slow, inattentive staff (for the most part) with often filthy tables and an unkempt fountain drink/condiment area. If you want to go inside to order in person from an actual, breathing human being, you’ll likely be standing at the register for a minute or three as staff members whisk by on various missions to fulfill drive-thru orders, because drive-thru metrics and efficiency are all that matters, don’t you know? Speaking of the drive-thru: No, I’m not going to pull ahead and park so someone can get their coffee 30 seconds quicker while you forget about me (again) and serve up some lukewarm fries. Do better.
