I ordered 2 Big Macs with no pickles. They both had the tag printed for no pickles but they had pickles. Anytime you order chicken wraps from here it is at least a 10-15 minute ordeal of waiting due to them not having it ready.

90 % of the time I order at this mcdonalds the order will be wrong. Not like wrong toppings, which for me is forgivable, but a completely wrong order. Today I ordered an double quarter pounder with cheese and what I got was a single quarter pounder with no cheese. Its even in a dbl quarter pounder box and the receipt say dbl qtr cheese. I can forgive the occasional mistake but almost every time?

After ordering curbside and waiting almost 20 minutes the food comes out cold. We recently had this experience at the McDonald's on Park Ave. Seems to be difficult to find a McDonald's in this city that can give us food that is at least hot, even if we have to wait it would be worth it if it was. Do better.

Purchased a keychain a few weeks ago did not receive the keychain. Called the restaurant the manager said keychain would be in the office with my name on it. Went to the restaurant tonight and asked about it. They said to pull up to the next window and manager would check the office. Waited for 10 minutes while our food got cold and no one ever came.

Foods always good at MacDonalds, because it's MacDonalds lol, was busy so we had to wait, we got table service, they forgot a burger but oh well we let the girl know and she brought it, tables were dirty, sticky, garbages were well over flowing, like, u literally couldn't throw your garbage away, u had to set your tray on-top of garbage, so 1 star on the atmosphere because this was the dirtiest MacDonald's I've ever been too, actually the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been too, got my big Mac and my ten PC nugget along with my Grinch socks so I'm happy I suppose, you guys just gotta step it up in the cleaning department.

The McDonalds on st Clair is my favourite! They never forget anything when I go and it’s usually the busiest, they are normally pretty friendly as well.
I am not sure what this franchisee is doing, but the food is not Mcdonalds. The big mack tastes weird, thw poutine gravy was dark and horrible. I had a bad case of indijestion all night. Never again

We ordered the meals last night, I got very bad diarrhea this morning. My boyfriend had too. If anybody has the same, recently? I was able to get up. It was so bad.
