Ordered a Bic Mac meal. Ice machine was empty but the staff got me some ice for me from their kitchen. A good practice would be topping up the ice machine each morning. Eventually the manager topped it up while i was eating. My visit was shortly after 11am, breakfast ended and lunch began. Im going to assume everything will be fresh right now since lunch just started so lets go over it. Fries were fresh strictly made to order but there no salt on them. Big mac was a disaster, bun was stale and tasted bad and in some parts rock hard. Coke was warm. For the price you have to pay for a meal here I expect better value for the money. Not something like that. Im very disappointed in my visit today. I hope this location improves. It felt like I was ripped off. Let me add I did not talk to the manager about this. Im making this review instead.

Awful employee and management. Was at the restaurant after a long day of grocery with my baby in walmart. Wanting to sit down and eat to order.. However a rude employee came up and said rudely to remove our grocery cart which we politely did. However she came back and complained that we shouldn't have outside food in there. Which by the way we bought in walmart. And wanted to put on the table cause we didn't want to leave the food outside the restaurant in the cart just cause we didn't want it to get stolen. We were in fact going to order some food, but I had to feed my 2 months old baby first before we order, cause the line was too long to wait. We sat down first on the tables and pre-hap she judge us that we were only using it to eat our outside food there rather than ordering from them. They kicked us out before we had the chance to order food from them, we were truly embarrassed and surely was awful how they treated us. Specially when I was just wanting to feed my 2 month old baby first before we order. Again don't recommend coming here, worst customer service and management ever.

The Chatham Walmart McDonald's is a great location for a quick drink or even a meal. It is located in a convenient location within the store.
The staff and mangers on weekdays are very friendly and will go out of their way to make a great experience for you. The staff on weekends can sometimes make it slower at times.

Me and my friends came to McDonald’s and our bill was $17.50 and my friends card wasn’t working and one of the employees payed for our bill. We felt really bad so we gave a differnt employee $5 and asked her to give it to him. Once we got our food and sat down he came over and told us to keep the $5 and gave it back to us and we told him to have it but he just walked away. I didn’t ask for his name but I wish I did. I recommend coming to this McDonald’s. He was the kindest person I have ever met.

I had me feet up and got asked to put them down, I then put my sweater on the bench so I wouldn't leave foot prints on the furniture, and she continued, so I just sat on the floor for a sec to lay my leg out cuz I've got bad knees, I than sit back in the chair and am not doing anything wrong at all literally just waiting for my food, and she than proceeds to get security and they say I cant be in that establishment anymore, so I go to sit on a bench in Walmart because I just purchased things from Walmart and they say I can't be in the entire building, I thought I was kicked out of the private establishment tho not Walmart itself, really just feels like a bunch of people power tripping because they have nothing better to do. Her name is stated in the video, Cheryl. Honestly most the people that work at the Walmart seem alright and they guys were just doing there job (I hope lol) but it don't seem right, I did what she asked and she still proceeded to kick me out? Idk

Food was great, but past time I was here three random people walked up to me and beat be till all my toes were broken, glad my tastebuds weren't broken tho. 5 star good meal.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What can you say about McDonald's, the food is always the same. That's a good thing. But, at this location we waited a long time for our order and were hard pressed to find a clean table. There were a lot of places to sit and eat, but none that were clean. Most locations are kept pretty clean. This location was not.

I will never eat there again....I waited 10 minutes to place my order with no one in front of me,the girl working looked at me a few times but never served me,took my family to Burger King instead and had wonderful service, I'm done with McDonald's...
