the last couple of times we were there the food was not great. crumbly cold mashed potatoes, over cooked chicken and when asked for meal to remade so I had a warm meal it was microwaved and the same piece of chicken was brought back. I know the chicken was not fresh as I had already cut it and it was even dryer than when I first sent it back

I had time to kill and sat down. The staff was amazing the food was made super fast. I Had their hot turkey with frys and gravy came with a side of corn all cooked to perfection. The turkey was real turkey sliced off the bird. Tasted just like home. Entire lunch plus tip which is shared with kitchen staff was $22.00. Grab a take out menu on the way out. I will be coming back to try more of the menu

First time forever I'd give a bad review. Monday afternoon 1 pm august 4th. 4 tables. Waitress acted like we inconvenienced her. 3 of us. Had to walk up 3 times to ask for service. Including the bill. First time I have given zero tip. She asked anything else? I asked for a to go box and that's all as she didn't come back to the table. Edit...... not looking for anything. Just want the owners to be aware of the incredibly bad service. My partner sent a message on messenger and was responded to of i hope you come back. Why would we? We are in our 50s. Took my senior mother to the birthplace of Hawaiian pizza. And she kept asking why the waitress hasn't been by to take an order and then never came back until bill was ready? And even then she didn't... I had to go up to the counter. She asked if I needed anything else. I said yes, just the bill now and a to go box. We were going to have another drink and dessert but not after that.

Went there with my family waitress was very polite very respectful best waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Food was great. The waitress name was Chloe i 100 percent recommend this restaurant 10 out of 10 Will definitely be returning

Eight of us went to this restaurant for the first time and we were completely ignored. Finally had to ask where we could sit. The waitress finally took our order. Only 2 out of the 8 were satisfied with their meal. The carrots were mushy, one person got fries not onion rings and the nachos had marinara sauce on it. The food was not tasty. When visiting Chatham again we would not eat there. Quality of food was not worth what we had to pay.
My sister's last day visiting Chatham and wanted take out. I have had 5 meals from Satelite which were quite good. I ordered a breaded veal cutlet with marinera sauce on the side. It came with sauce smeared on top and cutlet was of poor quality The vegetables appeared to be fresh but mushy!!! Yuk. Our meals were warmish. Yuk My sister ordered Philly steak which the beef was very dried out with a smidgen of gravy. Very disappointing. Will not recommend
