Slow service all my fries in my poutine were under cooked my wifes fries were also under cooked, we had to finish cooking in the oven at home

Initially my bf went to order however the young lady taking orders was having a communication barrier due to English not being her first language. I ordered, requested combos and was charged for the pop as well although it was supposed to be part of the deal. The man working training her I assume refunded the money for the pop. We ordered Greek burgers with specific toppings as listed in the menu. The young lady made the burgers she put the toppings listed as well as ketchup and mustard. They did offer to fix it and remade them however they gave us the same fries & poutine that were prepared with the initial burgers so they were cold, soggy and gross.

Since this place changed ownership its absolutely ridiculous the girl that took my order can barely speak english so it took 20 min just to order and she charged me twice for the drinks and she completly messed up my burger i doubt ill be back to this establishment

Back Yard Burgers & More is my new favorite spot for a delicious meal! The burgers are fantastic—juicy and flavorful every time. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Crystal, who made my visit extra special. She's hands down the friendliest staff member I've ever met at a restaurant. Her warm smile and excellent service really made my day.

Very disappointed!! Ordered fish and chips and their shrimp basket all of our fries were very soggy, we didn't receive any sauces for our fish or shrimp. We also ordered a gyro and it had no lettuce it was dry and plain, we had to explain what gravy was she had a hard time understanding the english language and with the fish and chips and shrimp baskets you were supposed to get a free drink and our drinks were not free we paid $85.00 for what we got wich to me is a rip off!!!

I went here because of all the great reviews. The place was not clean. All the furniture looked very worn out and beat up. The table tops needed a good cleaning. There was nobody there when I went in, not even the cook. It took a couple of minutes for someone to come out from the back. The grill didn't appear to be on. The burger was only OK. The fries weren't very good. All in all very disappointing. I won't be back.
amazing place, amazing staff, and amazing food. I ordered chicken fingers and fries from the place and wow the flavours were melting in my mouth. I would definitely also try out the Montreal Burger since my friend loved it so much and ordered another for later. 10/10.
