The staff member working was clearly overwhelmed, he had 3 mobile orders that he didn't even have started by the time they were supposed to be ready! Waited over 30 min for my order while he made the orders that were scheduled for pickup after my order was due. Very unorganized system.

Every time I go into this subway they are out of something I wanted. Once it was no more multi grain subs. Another time they had no meatballs. Today there was no pickles. Why couldn't the worker just go into the back and fill the pickles back up?? That would have been good customer service..
I think I've just given up on this establishment!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki salad. Asked for double meat and didn’t get double meat. Seemed like a new girl. Manager asked her if she put double meat because it certainly didn’t look like double meat. I should’ve spoke up about it but didn’t. Double meat that’s put in is very inconsistent. 2 full scoops should be 2 “full” scoops. Should be the same everytime. Might have to report this store to corporate because this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I’m paying extra for double meat. I expect the same amount everytime. The manager (or seems to be) usually is very nice though. I’ll give her that.
