The store closed before 1 a.m.! Even though it’s advertised as being open until 1 a.m., I arrived at the location at 12:09 a.m. and saw staff cleaning inside. I was informed that the store was already closed.

Walked in to wait for my partner's order for pick up through Doordash since we live less than a block away. I didn't see it at the pick up station so I waited. I wasked twice for the order name, I said Austin or Arkyn (legal vs business name) through doordash. I was asked where's my bag. I said I'm not *with* doordash we placed the order *through* doordash and essentially I was accused of trying to steal an order and when I tried to discuss it I was met with willful ignorance and eyerolls. The person I was dealing with started mixing up his story, saying that it was a business name even though he had no clue it was a business name when he asked 3 times prior because I just told him 2 minutes prior in the conversation. Wound up with elevated blood pressure to the point I had a panic attack while walking home. Tried to mention that we had asked for a manager to call us previously (twice) without response, and now made to feel like a thief and a liar.

The kids working and I say kids because they’re like 15 don’t know how do their job it shouldn’t take 20 min from the time my food comes out the toaster to get veggies. I wanted a warm sub not a cold brick of crap

Place was good it’s clean ,food was ok. Im just disappointed with the lady who took our order she don’t know how to treat new comers customers ..

As a new customer who don’t know the menu atleast guide us or help us though
She didn’t even greet us ..
