The girl working today around 4:30 I wish I knew her name because she makes the perfect sub. She doesn't just give me a Lettuce sandwitch with a pinch of the rest of my toppings like everyone else.

Waited for more than an hour for my order placed online, after waiting this long got my order wrong. Not a service I expected. Jeff never treat people in a manner he has to.Very disappointed with his service.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the time the app said. On the app it said my order was ready. So I entered the store to pick it up. After going to the online “express “ pickup area and seeing my order is not there. I start the wait. After waiting 10 minutes watching the clock and many walk in customers come and go. I asked the sandwich maker if my order is ready. He rudely replies we are busy and if you have a problem call my manager. I immediately replied you don’t have to worry I will. After 5 more minutes and another walk in, I get my food. 15 minutes after it was said to be “ready.” When I get home I open the rice bowl and it was so pathetic. Half the size of the bowl! ?

Hand washing should be better practiced. Very little toppings nowadays. When I asked for more I was told no. And no I cannot pay for more spinach? Some staff are friendly, others seem to be looking to be rude on purpose.

I ordered footlong with avocado and she put one scoop and charged me for 2 scoops.
Horrible! Horrible customer service! After trying to place my order online and calling them several times, no one answered. I went in there at 11 pm. on Monday, Aug 14, and asked the person if I could place the order online since I was getting 4 subs and because I was getting 50 percent off online. I was saving like 20 dollars. The person was extremely rude and kept saying, "If you're in front of me, you can't place an order online." I said politely, "Can I just go to my car, place the order, and come back 20 mins later?" He got angry and ripped up the paper wrap and tossed it in the garbage in front of me. He said, "He has other things to do." It is his job to serve customers. It is not the customer's fault if employees are overwhelmed with work. I can't believe I was treated in such a manner. I've never seen such a rude employee. I sincerely hope the manager looks into this matter. I decided not to place the order.

Every time i go in there they always get my order wrong. Last occasion i went into today they screwed up my order by duplicating another customers order and putting it in mine. They thought they switched the orders around on accident, but they were both that customers's order. Because they opened the other order they had to redo both. I'm fine with being on rare occasion messing up, it's only human. But this is frequently happening to me.
