i didn't like their response on my Google review so this is my Google review here Soggy or stale use to be good Update to their response my husband came in at 1 pm yesterday the cone was soggy as hell not edible at all and cookies were stale I do bake at home alot better than you do alot of ur reviews are fake and we've been multiple times so this isn't a first time thing use to be good when u were at home doing it ur not anymore and my reviews are honest and not all 1 stars, I also think they do bribery for their fake reviews we have been here numerous times usually always disappointed they were better out of their home, their customer service is absolutely atrocious, their unprofessional and childish, and rude, take no accountability, at least my reviews of places are honest and straight forward and most of them are very detailed. there are plenty of way better places with good happy people, these people should not be running a business at all

I loved the cinnamon buns!!

Every time I go into Sweet C’s I leave with great food & baked goods. You can tell that they use fresh and good quality ingredients. I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve tried many items. I even ordered my wedding day breakfast from them.

Amazing little bakery, I’ve tried their cheese crispers, chocolate covered strawberries, bagels, donuts, cookies, and some cheesecake cups…. One word… DELICIOUS! This cute little bakery is a family owned and ran business. The customer service is always amazing, food delicious and fresh, and over all experience was top notch. You can tell this is all quality and fresh treats/eats. Would give it a 10/10! Can’t wait to try more things from their menu. Definitely the place to go to treat yourself or family.

Ordered a custom birthday cake and it was incredible! Every person who had a piece raved about it, including some out of towners who are excited to try other treats when they are around next. As always, well done Sweet C’s!

Got a box of donuts and they were completely raw dough was not cooked very embarrassing bringing them to an event

Went here for the first time and I will for sure be back! I got a cheesecake cup and it was soooooo friggin good, and filling! The lady working was super nice and the prices were great :)

terrible food. almost as terrible as the owner who straight up attacks anyone who leaves a negative review. do not go here unless you like gross food at a ridiculously high price

Terrible place. Way overpriced, more often than not stale and disgusting. You're better off eating cookie dough off the store shelf than ever stepping foot in this establishment.

my husband's favorite desserts are cheesecake and cinnamon buns - so I asked Sweet C's Cookie Creations if this was do-able as I thought it would be a good surprise for his birthday....they said it was.

I picked it up today for his birthday and it was beyond my expectations...not too sweet or heavy like some cheesecakes....it was OMG good!! Definitely a top favorite and something I'd recommend to anyone and everyone

As most can see we dont have many bakeries in chatham. This one is real good though, almost if not all recipes are made from scratch. With a large variety that does change frequently.

I have come here for lunch from work many times, My wife loves this place as well. So much we drive from Blenheim just to come get goodies.

Price wise it may be a little more than the rest in the area but this is what happens with scratch recipes. It is always worth the buck too.

I recommend them to everyone.

I am to understand they have had lots of bumps in the road just like most home grown businesses. However they seem to overcome them all. The family that runs the business is amazing. Always polite and nice.

They were super nice to me when I used to deliver their skip the dishes before they had the business front as well.

The only kind of criticism I would give is that the food menus and hours of operation become more consistent. I understand life happens but consistency can make or break a business.

I love your food and your awesome attitude Sweet C, please keep it up and I hope the best for you guys.

Parking: Well the business doesn't have a lot of parking as main street doesn't have much to begin with. You are able to park around the corner. This is probably the major deterrent of customers. I know of a few times I said I would come back later when parking was available, but then forgot.

Ive had these cookies since before it was a shop and they are the best I’ve ever had. I got the buffalo mac and cheese awhile back and it was so flavourfull!
