it is so bad i wanted to rate a 0 but i cant. Mary the supervisor i believe is so horrible. she was very rude to me and my mom, she touched her face and then didnt use any napkins when picking up my donut and when she handed me my drink there were marks on the whipped cream and i could see whipped cream on her finger! yuck! this other time, i watched her make her employees visibly uncomfortable!!!!! she was trying to touch them in weird ways!!!!!! which is so not appropriate, if i were the manager she would be fired!!!!!!!!😡😡 tim hortons do better.😡

They always get my order wrong. Today I ordered a double stuf Oreo cookie and they gave me a Nutella cookie which I'm highly allergic to. They also gave me a blackberry sparkling quencher when I asked for a Wildberry Hibiscus sparkling quencher. The guy on the line even clarified with me if I said a Wildberry and I said yes. I am very disappointed with this location.

Tim Hortons on St. Clair st. Sunday morning.
As I was receiving my coffee one of the servers had to sneeze. Instead of sneezing into his arm or a napkin he just let it fly onto the floor as if he was outside and acted as if nothing happened. I informed him that he was working in a restaurant and that germs fly when you sneeze and don’t cover up. He said there was no food around. I repeated , germs fly and that the area should be cleaned. He looked as if I had three heads.
Hopefully a supervisor retrains this young man.

First time I got disappointed with Timhortons service. Ordered coffee and Wrap they gave me the coffee and completely forgot / ignored about the wrap until I reminded after waiting 5 minutes. There was not much rush and I was the only customer waiting at that 5 minutes. Taking my order also there was a delay this time.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is accessible although a bit cramped, I would think for most in a wheel chair. If you need someone's assistance to transfer, you may be frustrated with the little space provided in the washroom. This is no fault of Tim Hortons. I find many restaurants are not properly equipped for those who require assistance with their mobility
