I ordered a simple cheese flatbread pizza, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The pizza was covered in thick, uneven patches of plain tomato sauce with barely any cheese, and the overall presentation looked careless and unfinished. The taste was unpleasant, bordering on stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. For something advertised as a basic cheese flatbread pizza, this falls far below any reasonable standard.
How is this even allowed to be served to customers?

Very rude . Waited to much for a drive trough option.
it is so bad i wanted to rate a 0 but i cant. Mary the supervisor i believe is so horrible. she was very rude to me and my mom, she touched her face and then didnt use any napkins when picking up my donut and when she handed me my drink there were marks on the whipped cream and i could see whipped cream on her finger! yuck! this other time, i watched her make her employees visibly uncomfortable!!!!! she was trying to touch them in weird ways!!!!!! which is so not appropriate, if i were the manager she would be fired!!!!!!!!😡😡 tim hortons do better.😡
