This is a main downtown tim hortons. I'n Chatham , this means that if you need to use the restroom, you will be required to ask a staff member to remotely unlock the door. A sad reality and yet a common one amongst main locations. The main tradeoff is the wonderful and upbeat staff. ❤️

Long wait times, and even when you're there in person you have to wait for all the mobile orders to be done to get your coffee which generally takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Sick of this, coffee not worth the terrible service.

I've been to this location several times, all times were very frustrating as the server couldn't understand English, I had to repeat my order 3 times to get it straight. IM done with this location even though I live within walking distance, I will avoid this place like the plaque, PLEASE get Canadian workers back at this location, or I will never return

Ordered a bagel belt with NO EGG like I have a few other times before, and never once have they been able to make it right. I'm fed up and done with Tim Hortons in general. I understand BELT the "E" stands for egg but as a person who is can't eat eggs on their own I enjoy the BLT aspect of it and they don't offer anything of such on the menu without the egg.
Love this place. Great coffee and great place to go if you’re just wanting to get out of the house for a bit.

Never going to Tim Hortons in general again - Keil Dr location has the worst reputation in Chatham. Waited 20 minutes patiently for a pack of timbits, while watching dozens of drink-based orders after mine getting fulfilled, politely inquiring with the response being "one more minute" all while the young TFW employee (Indian) flirted/prioritized drinks for a few Indian guys that were far behind me in line. I left without even getting the timbits/donut, enjoy the $5 donation Tim Hortons, consider it my going away donation.
