This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city don’t go there in the mornings. You’ll wait in line for 15 minutes. Not sure what takes him so long when you get up to the window there’s lots of people just standing around ridiculous.
Day number two review
Get to the window not even a high hello good morning not even a smile person just stares at me. Does not say anything again five minute wait for a coffee and a doughnut. This will be my last time going in my last time reviewing good riddance.

I frequently come to this Tim’s before heading to the 401. For the most part they get my orders right but this morning I had a bigger order instead of my usual tea and croissant. I ordered the following: Sausage Farmer Wrap combo Double Stacked on an English muffin combo and an everything double toasted with butter cut in half. I wasn’t even going to order a combo but after it was suggesting I add hash browns to my order I didn’t even get them. Secondly I requested my bagel double toasted and it wasn’t even toasted at all. The dlb stacked was drenched in butter that it was way too messy to eat and made such a big mess. It makes me mad that I spent almost 25.00 to receive food like this. Koodos to the person who made the hot drinks as it was made correctly. I probably will be back but I definitely will not order food.

I am never coming back here, this was nearest to my workplace but I don’t know why I am keep disappointing myself again and again. $9 for half a bowl of salad. Really???? Thanks but too poor to serve quantity wise. Always serving as if they are running out of stuff. Feeling scammed. And Not all branches does that.

Ordered 2 large tea,s one with .5 of cream, the other with 1 milk 2 sugar, got home, had i cup totally black, the other with .5 milk I think some of the employees have a difficulty understanding the English language.
Terrible location. 90% of the workers do not speak English and refuse to take your order. It’s sad to see workers so unskilled they can’t run a Tim Hortons properly. In short, expect terrible customer service, communication barriers and a long wait. Do not recommend at all.

Stop here quite frequently on my visits to chatham. I've ordered a variety of items and they've always got it right. Most recently was a turkey bacon club sandwich and a chicken ranch wrap. Both were bomb ? Good job team!
