I’m a student at UCC and have been for the past 4 years. Class of 2025 started in Covid so we didn’t have access until this location until our grade 11 year. It started out great when visiting on our lunch breaks, but as the year went on, the staff became less friendly and visibly sighed when they saw any of us. I’m not sure if they based their opinion on students based off of the 9’s, but coming to tim’s everyday and just being flat out it disrespected isn’t a very welcoming environment to be in. We pay, say our gratitudes and still are treated badly. Would like to see a change of attitude especially in the older staff because they are supposed to be our role models. Most staff are great, but this is mainly focusing on Karen and her remarks against us.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons daily for the last 6 weeks, there are several young ladies working there that for fantastic to deal with. But there is one older person working there that is a miserable lady and should not be dealing with the public!

I overheard that there might be a new rule in place. If you're rude to the baker (usually the person with round glasses and black hair) you won't get your food if you ordered any. Especially if it's nearly 1pm and they have been working since 4:30am. Be kind to your servers people.

Best coffee
As per most franchise in Chatham.Extremely slow.It would be great if the head office would crack the whip on these Managers.Waiting 20min for a single coffee. Is simply a huge failure. Expecally when you finally get your coffee and it's made incorrect. Step it up Chatham!
Service ok. This timmies are always busy around lunch time. Students from High school next door goes there for lunch.
