Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

Staff have 0 customer service skills. They don't even say hello, when you pull up to the window. No please, thank you or have a good day. That is the bare minimum. My coffee has also been wrong twice this week. The only reason for going to this Tims is the location. Won't be continuing.

customer service is not a priority at this location. not even a little bit. not only do u get the joy of being ignored by 5 employees at the counter, u get your coffee made wrong as well. 3x. same day, same order, same coffee.
maybe Singh Hortons should start hiring Canadians again?
i know they only have to pay them half their wages because the tax payers pay the other half (yay for subsidies eh?) but that doesn’t mean they should only do half their job.

Ordered tea latte got a coffee with two tea bags thrown into it. Decided since I was in drive-thru to not go back in and then as finishing the awful beverage got a nice mouth full of coffee grinds.

Drive thru lines up to the road, the inside no better. Went in for a medium coffee, and 1 small hot chocolate. In line for 15 minutes. I person at the till, 6 at the drive thru, yet they all watch the front counter. Terrible.

I get a boston cream donut for my client every Thursday and they have been consistently putting it carefully chocolate side up, so she gets to keep the chocolate on the donut.

I don't normally say this about Tim Hortons, but I came in from out of town, and the service through the drive-through here was exceptional. The girls were very friendly and helpful. I really think they have some great staff here!

Witnessed a young girl burn herself on a hot coffee when the lid wasn’t put on correctly. There was almost zero effort to make sure she was okay, just an “are you alright” from across the counter. Workers didn’t seem to care much.. just be careful when accepting hot things.
And then my iced coffee that took forever had three entire ice cubes in it !?
