Very friendly customer service representative. She smiled and was engaging. My order was prepared correctly which was great. So many times I have gone to other tim hortons locations and my orders have not been made correctly
Staff was not completely listening when asked to use milk in a hot chocolate and it wasn't done and when asked for a tasty as the staff even neglected to put sleeves on both hot beverages was told not to be rude.

Just went through the drive-through and ordered ice caps and didn’t get any straws. Was told they had none in the store, but I couldn’t drink my ice cap anyways due to the fact that the entire cup and everything reeked of perfume I had to Toss it in the garbage because it was undrinkable due to the overwhelming smell
