THIS is service. So grateful for the consideration that went into our order today, and thank you so much for even putting the whipped cream on the side (my boyfriend hates it). Best part is, he initially wanted frozen but was scared they’d accidentally put whipped cream on it.

My scheduled pickup time was 10:17, but they didn’t start working on my order until 10:25. A bit disappointing as I had to wait longer than expected. Hope timing improves in the future.
