THIS is service. So grateful for the consideration that went into our order today, and thank you so much for even putting the whipped cream on the side (my boyfriend hates it).
Best part is, he initially wanted frozen but was scared they’d accidentally put whipped cream on it.

Very friendly customer service representative. She smiled and was engaging. My order was prepared correctly which was great. So many times I have gone to other tim hortons locations and my orders have not been made correctly
