Just went through the drive thru. Order a #1 and a #2 combo. Requested the burger for the first combo be plain. Yep no problem. Get to the window. Pay my almost $33 via tap. Because debit is not allowing cards to be inserted. Fine. Ask the person handing me the food. Is my burger plain. She asks the other 2 people standing there. Yep yep. Ok you’re all good. Get home. Not plain. Call. No answer. No answer. Well now I’m pissed and hungry. Drive back. Well we need a receipt. They didn’t give me one. Well how do we know the order is wrong 🤬🤬🤬. Give me a cheeseburger plain it’s hot but everything else is cold because of all the extra running around

The manager with a pony tail was a complete douche bag, to start I asked for a certain thing and he replied in very rude manner, as we got up to the window I had points ready to scan and he kept really rudely to tilt my phone etc. the customer service at least from the manager was absolutely horrible.

I amdelivery driver i came here at 10 pm feb 4 I ask here about my order politely and she started bikering and she became very rude telling me that she needs time to prepare the order and she angrily told me to come after 5 mint i told her that it is not my fault thats why i ask her name to put the review alina

Are they trying to save money by cheating the customer? Where's the sauce??? This is ridiculous. At least they were friendly in the drive thru this time. But the time before this one, they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken. I drove all the way home before I realized it and didn't bother going back. They did the same thing a couple months ago. ?
