The manager with a pony tail was a complete douche bag, to start I asked for a certain thing and he replied in very rude manner, as we got up to the window I had points ready to scan and he kept really rudely to tilt my phone etc. the customer service at least from the manager was absolutely horrible.

Are they trying to save money by cheating the customer? Where's the sauce??? This is ridiculous. At least they were friendly in the drive thru this time. But the time before this one, they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken. I drove all the way home before I realized it and didn't bother going back. They did the same thing a couple months ago. ?
