Drive-thru very rude extremely rude. I was having some Card issues and she told me in a very rude tone to hurry up because she was on a timer. A little bit of kindness like hey I'm sorry but would you please be able to pull up because I have a timer here not get angry and chastise the customer.
this wendy’s seems to have an issue with hiring incompetent workers with attitude problems, and workers that can’t make orders right. the young girl, teen aged i am guessing was quite arrogant as usually in this wendy’s. two burgers were ordered, son of and a regular baconator, with pickles on the son of the baconator. our total came to 20 something and they added no pickles whatsoever. i could understand if this was before closing, if they were busy, but no one was ordering but us, and they still had an hour til closing. this was simply lazy workers. this is not the first ring this has happened, in fact it has happened almost every time i have been at this wendy’s. each time i have went to this wendy’s i and whomever i travel with is always met with an unprofessional unapproachable and vindictive attitude. yes this only a small issue, but the fact this issue is nonstop is frustrating and unprofessional. do better.

Terrible service for breakfast. The manager gave us such a difficult time. She has a bad attitude and laughed when we asked for the owners information to lodge a complaint. We left and won't be going back if she's there.

Typical Wendy’s. Staff is great. Food is always fresh & hot. Loving their breakfast menu. Especially the mix and match 2 for $4. It’s over $10 for two McMuffins right now so this is a great deal! They also have a big breakfast which is great too

This Wendy's is A1 good. My fries were so fresh today. A juicy burger .i legit needed a napkin .The Manager Ray has worked very hard since day one.. if u were inside to eat u would know../Because of the lockdown restrictions..we lost the Tv. Thats actually sad to me..this location also has a very observant patio u will see alot .lets just say that. This location has one of the most easy breezy drive throughs..with an amazing view..if your lucky..and yur windows are down..u might even get a bonus wiff..from Dom###'s close by

First time eating at this Wendy's in Wallaceburg. Initially not impressed with the service at the drive through. It was slow, and had to wait to order, as did 2 other vehicles in front of us.The food though was hot, fresh, and had 0 issues with our order. Given that it's fast food, it was high quality on this visit.

Friendly staff. The Jnr Bacon Cheeseburger 🍔 was delicious ~ fresh bun ( and not sweet! ), loaded with lettuce,tomato,onion, fresh burger, processed cheese and bacon strip. A better looking, tasting, filling JNB burger than elsewhere. Loved the novelty of the super high metal roof. This tall rectangular structure gets a 👍🏻👍🏻 up from us 😎
