This place is so trash. I don’t even live here. I just come here when I drive through town and when I do, I stop at Wendy’s. This is the second time I’ve been here and there’s been hair in my food. Have you ever heard of a hairnet pretty standard practice in the fast food industryI’m talking I come through here like once every other month and this has happened twice so good luck if you live here.

This lady who is there almost every night is SO SLOW at taking orders and messes up almost every single order. She makes you wait like 5-10 minutes before taking your order even when your the only car in the drive thru and no customers are inside. Then when you finally can order she puts everything in wrong so you have to repeat every item 3 or 4 times. This is the only Wendy's I've ever had such bad service at.

I came into Wendy's today around 5:45pm. I ordered 2 kids hamburgers and wanted lettuce, onion and tomatoes added. My mistake was I didn't say ADD those in addition to the regular toppings. The lady who took my order did not have a name tag. Her hair was pulled back into a bun, blue shirt. Black pants. Rude! I inconvenient her by getting the other toppings added. I saw her interact with customers ahead of me and she simply has the attitude that she doesn't want to be there!

The last two times we have been here they messed up our order. This past instance my wife ordered a Taco salad and they forgot both the salsa and sour cream. The pop station was out of several choices including Coke. Probably won't be back.

Decided to go to Wendy's tonight (Friday before may long) in Wallaceburg. Went through the drive thru. The lady taking our order was awesome!!! Her voice her excitement for what I ordered put the biggest smile on our faces. Even paying for our food was a treat that made us feel like we were dining in. Very infectious personality! Wish all drive thru's were like that. Great experience! Plus man their fries are pretty good!!!

Picked up a spicy Asiago burger tonight chicken was hard and rubbery. Lettuce was wilting and tomatoes were brown. Very poor quality ingredients for a $9 burger.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In January 21 my husband and I went in to the Wendy’s to place an order and stood at the counter waiting for service. I asked if anyone was going to take out order. The woman in the drive thru, who is very rude every time we have gone there, pipes up and says that the person working the front counter is blocked by the delivery truck that was there, with attitude. While we were waiting for service before this the woman in drive thru was bitching about the customers going through drive thru. She then started getting an attitude with us so we waited a couple more seconds and said forget we are leaving and she said see ya. What great customer service! We will never go back there again! There is a reason why this drive thru is never busy!

Drive-thru very rude extremely rude. I was having some Card issues and she told me in a very rude tone to hurry up because she was on a timer. A little bit of kindness like hey I'm sorry but would you please be able to pull up because I have a timer here not get angry and chastise the customer.
this wendy’s seems to have an issue with hiring incompetent workers with attitude problems, and workers that can’t make orders right. the young girl, teen aged i am guessing was quite arrogant as usually in this wendy’s. two burgers were ordered, son of and a regular baconator, with pickles on the son of the baconator. our total came to 20 something and they added no pickles whatsoever. i could understand if this was before closing, if they were busy, but no one was ordering but us, and they still had an hour til closing. this was simply lazy workers. this is not the first ring this has happened, in fact it has happened almost every time i have been at this wendy’s. each time i have went to this wendy’s i and whomever i travel with is always met with an unprofessional unapproachable and vindictive attitude. yes this only a small issue, but the fact this issue is nonstop is frustrating and unprofessional. do better.
