It was very busy so our waitress seemed a bit frazzled. Good panzerottis for some of us but my daughters had hardly anything in it. It was mostly dough. By the time we could find our waitress to show her we were almost done our meals. She offered to make her another one but by now we were almost done ours. They did not charge her. The waitress even said they had a new guy making some of them. Guess it would have been nice to make her one to go and not charge her. We live 1.5 hours away and heard about this place. Had been here before so I wanted to bring my family.

Senior's wings and fries are my favorites. Big meaty wings and large sized fries.

During the Fall of 2023, my wife and I frequently found ourselves at wits-end after spending our days and weeks cleaning up, retro-fitting and dealing with an assortment of local tradesmen, who helped rectify the DIY Projects from previous owners.
Still recovering from the aftermath of COVID 19 Pandemic, we frequently dined at the only two regular family restaurants in town that were open until 8 PM. Coincidentally, the name of both establishments celebrated a guy’s Christian name along with the emphasis on the word ‘Place’.
Establishing ‘Andy’s Place’ Google Review fell from my radar until today when I became re-acquainted with a special sandwich item on their menu worthy of my stomach’s full attention.
We got help from Rob ‘The Waiter’, who’s had a lengthy association at the restaurant, maneuvering between the many diner booths like he was performing on a pair of roller skates. $35 and change purchased for us: two coffee, Homemade Pulled Pork Sandwich on Ciabatta Bun, garnished in pickle spears & coleslaw, Soup of the day, and Senior’s Personal Pan Pizza with toppings of Pepperoni, Black Olives, and believe it or not: Anchovies {Only Pizzeria in Southern Ontario we’ve encountered providing the ‘Zesty Briny Fishes’!}

I placed a pick-up order at Andy's Place for garlic bread and panzarotti. The food wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at the requested time, which was a bit frustrating. That said, the staff at the pick-up window was super friendly, and the waitress was smiling and upbeat. The restaurant overall was clean, and the kitchen looked organized. The meat sauce is definitely the best in town, and the noise level was just right—not too loud. On the downside, the bathrooms were just okay—not disgusting but unfinished. There was no dining room seating around 7 p.m., but there were chairs available for waiting for pick-up orders. Parking was alright, though if you park in the back, the icy sidewalk makes walking up to the front door a bit tricky. As far back as I can remember, Andy’s Place has been a staple restaurant in Chatham—always busy and always providing a good meal. Still, a decent spot, and I will definitely go back.

Best sitdown pizza in Chatham. Try the crust lathered in their garlic butter for an extra touch of yum. Their classic should never be forgotten. If you haven't had their deep fried panzerotti with meat sauce then you've missed out!

After all the years of coming there, they charged me 1.50 for a quick garlic brushing on the crust of my pizza... Never going back to them just for that reason... Greedy greedy greedy
Update to your reply... Every other pizza place doesn't charge for this very light brushing of garlic. But it's your greed you lost customers over.. When it costs virtually zero and you make a customer happy.... And no I wasn't charged for it before... It's not consistent.. Glad you aimed to make things right...

Tried this place for the first time today. Specialty pizza day! After pleasantly dealing with them over Facebook Messenger, great experience, I was very excited to try this pizza! Carried two pizzas to the car gained two new muscles they were so heavy! My friend and I devoured the first piece in pure delight! Very good pizza, wonderful place and staff! I'll be back! 😁

This is a nice restaurant with very good servers. The food is always good. I don't really like there fries because they are the real thick ones. I'm sure others really like them. Just not my preference.
