Usually love Andy's. Brag about this place. Tonight was completely disappointing. I ordered two pizzas and wings for supper tonight. Took longer than was stated but wasn't that big of a deal. Got it home. Pizza was tasteless. Almost topless and the extra cheese didn't exist. Neither pizza was what it usually is whenever we've had it. Extremely disappointed. If we didn't live a half hour away I would have returned everything.
Parking: If the front parking lot is full, go around back. Lots of parking.

Ordered fish and chips for pickup and we were told 30-35 minutes understandable as Saturday evening. Went there in 20 minutes and order was ready sitting on top of ovens to keep warm. We stood at the pickup window for over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. One of the cooks yellec twice that we were at the window for our order. Third time was the charm before we were served and now our food was sitting there for 15 minutes. Service at pickup window is HORRIBLE. Got food home and I bet you there was not even 24 fries in each order and the fish was disgustingly greasy from sitting there. Never ordering from Andy's again. Prices have gone up and service and food quality are lousy.

The most highly recommended establishment in the city for lasagna, fettuccine, and pizza. The servers provide exceptional service.
The food is good, portion is generous, and price very reasonable. Service is also very good. We had Rachel as our waitress and she's great. The only down side is, when it's busy, it might take more than 30 minutes to be seated since they don't have much table. So I would recommend to come not on the peak of supper or lunch or else be patient to wait.

We have been ordering pizza from here for years but the last few times, it was awful. They must have new cooks or something because the pizza arrived cold, and the crust was rock-hard and doughy on the inside of the pizza. We also ordered spaghetti last night...also awful. What is going on with this place?!
